Daneville Heritage Museum 

For several years, Lester R. Lauritzen (1923-2016), an active member of the Viborg community who lived his whole life in the rural Viborg and Centerville area, documented the beginnings of the Daneville Heritage Museum in a weekly column in the Viborg Enterprise. Lauritzen, an avid local historian, also featured anecdotes and information from Viborg's past, and discussed issues in heritage and historic preservation.
